On Jan. 30, 2015, College Chefs featured our own NC Delta chef, Gary Klein. The guys love Gary, enough so that one brother refused his own mother’s cooking … jokingly … as a statement of how much he appreciated Chef Gary’s cuisine. Let’s hope Mom got the joke. Gary’s path has taken him from cooking for 200 people in a shoe factory to a contract feeding job at IBM to the Florida Culinary Institute. Eventually, he would run a $5 million Macaroni Grill restaurant. Today, Gary serves more than 50 SigEp brothers while he works to become a master chef.
